Hi there, I'm Yoko!

I am a dietitian nutritionist, herbalist, educator, and lifestyle coach. I offer health and wellness support in the form of integrated holistic modalities. I merge science & natural healing- western medicine & eastern spiritual philosophy in order to provide the most effective, evidence-based healing blueprint for my clients.

My specialty is in women's health (hormone balancing, stress management, cyclic living, self care, healing your divine feminine, etc.) and prenatal/infant nutrition (pregnancy, breastfeeding, formula for baby, postpartum care, fertility, natural family planning, etc). New Life Nutrition & Wellness is a vision that I had of a collective healing- a rebirth & evolution to our most divinely aligned, energetic, and vital selves.
